From the moment we stepped into the hotel, Christopher gave us a warm welcome. We had our dog with us and prior to arriving Igor had already made sure that we did not have to worry about bringing him along as the Holiday Inn Express in Dyce was a dog friendly hotel and indeed as promised a treat was ready for little Otto upon arrival. All of the staff are friendly and helpful too. We do have to say that the pictures on the booking.com site don't do the rooms justice. Honestly, we loved the layout and comfort, and the room feels luxurious. We also loved it that we could bring our breakfast to the room as this is so much easier when you have a dog with you. We stayed in many airport hotels in Aberdeen now and it is amazing that during the weekend the Holiday Inn still serve breakfast early, this allows us to have a breakfast before our appointment at 08:00. Honestly we can highly recommend this hotel and have a already booked our next stay. Thank you team Holiday Inn Express Dyce for making our stay so enjoyable and being an excellent example of a hospitality expert.

Before getting to the hotel my son was already asking if we would be seeing Christopher again and how amazing was it when we walked in to the hotel lobby and again received a warm welcome by Christopher. True hospitality awaits you at the Holiday Inn Express. Natalia welcomed us every morning with a big smile and a chat. All of the staff showed a genuine interest in the guests and were so helpful. We stay in Aberdeen regular and often book the hotel airports because of location and price/quality. Holiday Inn Express definitely is our favourite. Their staff are true hospitality workers and I would definitely have the other hotels around and in city centre Aberdeen learn from this wonderful team. A smile definitely can do wonders and as a guest it makes a difference when staff seem to genuinely enjoy what they are doing. The room is still fantastic and comfy and great place too for your dog. It is one of the very few that allows dogs. Team Holiday Inn thank you for making our stay as wonderful as ever and we will be back in April.

I enjoyed an overnight stay at the Holiday Inn Express whilst visiting Aberdeen recently. Exactly what was required...well located to the airport and city/main routes. The hotel is modern, well lit and airy and well served by its friendly and very helpful staff. My room was very well presented, modern, well equipped and spotlessly clean. Bed was very comfortable with sheets crisp and fresh. Lovely modern, well lit and well provided for en suite completes the room perfectly. Breakfast is self service with a good choice of ingredients, from cereals, yoghurts, fruit juices, bread/ croissants etc to traditional cooked fare. The hotel very much caters to and excels at short term business/Airport holidaymakers etc and does it magnificently and at a great price. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Holiday Inn Express in Aberdeen to all.

Nice modern hotel, friendly helpful staff and clean well appointed rooms. Comfy beds, tea coffee facilities and toiletries in rooms. Absolutely no airport noise heard in hotel rooms, which was surprising as its easy walking distance from airport. Plenty parking at a small charge daily paid at checkout & staff quick to validate ticket if you need to leave hotel and come back. Good breakfast selection and great to be included in room price. Small issue with room on arrival, but quick call to reception & room changed immediately with complimentary drink included with our new room cards, which was very kind. Will definitely recommend to family & friends

We were forced to find somewhere to stay when BA cancelled our fight to London until next day. The hotel was an oasis for two rather cross and stressed travelers who arrived in Aberdeen from Orkney at 8.30am. The receptionist was extremely helpful and allowed us to access our rooms well in advance of usual check-in, so we were able to relax and catch up on sleep. We ate in the hotel that evening - a varied menu, and the food was excellent and good value. Breakfast offer the next day was equally wide-ranging and good. All the staff we encountered were kind and helpful - a special thanks to Christopher on reception.
